How to install apps deleted from App Store

Usually the store does not delete the application completely, but only restricts access to it for users from a specific region. To overcome this barrier, the easiest way is to create a new account, specifying a different region in it. But there are other ways.

Method 1: Changing Apple ID Region

One of the most reliable ways to download a VPN is to change the country in the App Store settings.

1. Before you begin, it is recommended to create a backup of your device via iCloud or iTunes to avoid possible data loss when changing regions.
2. Open the App Store and go to your profile (tap the icon with your name in the upper right corner).
3. Select "Media and Purchases" or (depending on the version) - tap the icon with your name at the top again.
4. Tap "Country/Region" → "Change Country or Region".
5. Select a country where the VPN application is available (for example, USA, UK or Turkey).
6. Accept the terms of the agreement and enter payment information:

You can select "None" if you don't have a foreign card (this method is available, for example, in Canada).

To specify an address, use address generators, for example: fakexy.com (or any other by searching "Canada address generator").

For free VPNs (or those that are paid outside of Apple) it's enough to just change the region. But to purchase through Apple you will need a foreign card or top up via gift cards (for example, Apple Gift Card).

1. Save changes and restart the App Store.
2. Find the VPN application in search and download it.

After installing the application, you can return the old region, the VPN will continue to work. In exactly the same way, you can update deleted applications.

Method 2: Using Another Apple ID

If you don't want to change the country of your main account, you can create a new Apple ID with a foreign region:

1. Sign out of your current Apple ID (Settings → [your name] → Sign Out).
2. Create a new Apple ID through the official Apple website.
3. When registering, select a country where VPN is available.
4. Skip entering a card or use top-up via Apple Gift Card.
5. Sign in to the new account on iPhone (Settings → Sign in to iCloud).
6. Open the App Store, find VPN and download it.
7. After installation, you can sign back into your old Apple ID, the VPN will remain on the device.

Method 3: Downloading via Another iPhone

If you have access to a device with the right Apple ID:

1. On another iPhone, go to the App Store with a foreign account.
2. Download the VPN application.
3. Sign in to your Apple account on your device.
4. Go to App Store → Purchases → My Purchases.
5. Find VPN and install it.

Note: This method works if the application has already been downloaded on another device.

Method 4: Alternative Stores and PC Download

In some cases, VPN can be installed through third-party sources:

• TestFlight – developers sometimes publish VPN applications for testing.
• Install VPN via Mac or PC – sometimes it's possible to download an IPA file and upload it via third-party software.
