How to Request Deletion

To request the deletion of your account and associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Compose an email from the email address associated with your GreatFire VPN account (if applicable). If you signed up anonymously or are unsure, please provide any identifying information you can, such as your username or purchase ID.
  2. Send the email to our support team at: [email protected]
  3. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  4. In the body of the email, clearly state that you wish to delete your account and all associated data. Please include any relevant identifiers if requested in step 1.

Our support team will process your request and confirm once the deletion is complete. Please allow up to 30 days for the deletion process to be finalized.
